This course provides the participants with tools to efficiently build Pubmed search strings comprising field tags [tiab] and [mh], Boolean operators and nesting with help of search builder for systematic review as first step of pre-clinical meta-analyses, to comply with open access funding agencies policies and copyright, and to connect issues of 3R info retrieval with open access and systematic reviews, risk of bias and ARRIVES guidelines. The session comprises group presentations of short exercises, online demos of search tool use, and lectures on issues of 3Rs and open access, open data, reporting and reproducibility of pre-clinical research.

Participant sends automatically generated certificate test and homework to course trainer 2 days before course Participants bring their own laptop configured with Wifi access for “Eduroam”, a VPN and reference manager (Zotero, Mendelay, Endnote, Papers, etc.) already installed.
