This interactive 3D Software allows the user to view the anatomy of internal systems in a virtual bird (Rock Pigeon, Columba livia), either one by one or in any combination of systems. The 3D bird can be viewed from any angle and from various zoom levels. The internal systems can be viewed layer by layer. Systems that can be viewed: Skin; Muscle; Skeleton; Respiratory; Circulatory; Nervous; Digestive and Urogenital. Labelled. Includes sound.
Desktop Version. Often used in comparative anatomy classes. Suitable for teachers, students and all people interesting in learning about bird anatomy, as a start program in the study of Zoology, Ornithology and Avian Biology. The software is intended to be a supplemental educational resource and should NOT be used as the only source of educational information. The software should not be used as medical/veterinary advice or for medical/veterinary diagnoses. Available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Support is available in English and Portuguese only. The link to download the software and the serial number will be sent by email after payment approval. Each software license can be used on one computer for one user.
