Linea alba – obese dog

This real suture pad allows for training incisions and surgical closure along the linea alba of obese dogs and cats. Its detailed skin, subcutaneous tissue and linea alba form the main body of the simulator. The navel and teats are incorporated as external landmarks. The subcutaneous tissue of this suture pad is equipped with a prominent layer of fat, which makes the training of more complex surgical procedures on overweight animals as realistic as possible.

The pads are reusable, tear-resistant and retain their shape and texture after repeated use. The practical pad holder (S) can be used to mount suture pads in a vertical or a horizontal position, as required.

Pad holder and Instruments are not included but may be ordered separately.
