A fully interactive teaching program providing tutorials based on computer-controlled video sequences showing pulse waves in the jugular vein along with simultaneously recorded ECG and heart sounds. Free textual entries at the keyboard are analysed by the computer and appropriate tuition responses given. It is designed for teaching clinical observation and interpretation, diagnosis and management, and understanding the physiology of the events of the cardiac cycle.
