Animal Research Advisory Committee Guidelines

The NIH Office of Animal Care and Use (OACU) has published a large number of Animal Research Advisory Committee guidelines on its website, covering administrative matters, animal care and use procedures, animal care and use committees, and facility management.

The OACU's website also contains many other resources, including online training courses for principal investigators and animal users; a poster collection; and role-based information for NIH Intramural Scientists, Animal Care and Use Committee Members, and NIH Animal Program Staff.
