The course includes two parts: Introduction to laboratory animal science course Species-specific course on mice and rats. This course on Laboratory Animal Science (LAS) is referred to in Article 9 of the Experiments on Animals Act and in annex 6 belonging to Article 5 of the Ministerial Order on Animal Experiments 2014 (Dierproevenregeling 2014). The course is in line with EU Directive Article 23 and the NCP endorsed paper 2014 ‘A working document on the development of a common education and training framework to fulfill the requirements under the Directive’. |
