Full coverage (a dedicated course)
|Details on the topic or technology covered:||
This one-week course will cover the principles of PBPK modeling and the application of this technique for in vitro to in vivo extrapolation (IVIVE) to support risk assessments based on non-animal methods. The course features comprehensive lectures and extensive hands-on computer modeling practice.
REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 or equivalent
This course will prepare you to use state-of-the-art modeling & simulation techniques to assist in estimating acceptable human exposure guidelines from the results of in vitro toxicity assays.
