X-Ray Annotation Mouse Atlas

Researchers from two members of the IMPC (International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium), the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and MRC Harwell Institute, have collaborated to produce this Atlas.
It provides an in-depth guide to mouse radiological skeletal anatomy. The atlas includes 152 X-ray images, 16 original drawings and 590 anatomical references. X-ray images were produced following an IMPC-standardised phenotyping protocol on C57BL/6N mice at 14 weeks of age.
The Atlas also explores significant bone gender differences, including muscular processes, joints and pelvic region disparities.
