Elbow for Joint Injection

For practising soft tissue joint injection used for the treatment of injuries and arthritis. This simulator of the upper and lower right arm is positioned accordingly for the treatment of both Golfer's and Tennis elbow. There are two different injection sites incorporated into this simulator. Training skills: Patient posture and management; Palpation techniques; Identifying anatomical landmarks and painful areas; Injections for: Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis), Golfer's Elbow (medial epicondylitis); Training in fan or cone infiltration techniques. Features: Right elbow flexed, which rotates on the stand; Feedback Console illuminates: Yellow LED when the correct pressure pain points are found; Green LED when needle is correctly placed in each of the injection sites; Red LED if needle enters ulnar nerve lying behind medial epicondyle. Supplied with Joint and Soft Tissue Injection book by Trevor Silver; Skin surface is washable using soap and water.
