Prosection of the Cow guides the user step-by-step with a commentary through the post-mortem examination of the cow. Describes a technique where assistance is available. The DVD is arranged in sections to enable access to the resources. The sections covered are: Section 1: Description of a prosection technique with the cow in dorsal recumbency where assistance is available. A young adult is examined, but the same approach is applicable for larger cows and bulls. Running time: 50 minutes. Section 2: Examination and description of major organs in the body (alimentary tract, liver, spleen, kidneys). Dissection of the heart and removal of the brain are described. Running time: 40 minutes.
