This document sets out operational guidance for the UK Animals Scientific Procedures e- Licensing (ASPeL). Access to ASPeL is strictly limited to those in the role of Named Training and Competence Officer, Home Office Liaison Contact and Establishment Licence Holder and their delegates and to licence applicants/holders.
