MUI (1)

The aim of the MUI animalFree Research Cluster at the Medical University of Innsbruck is to strengthen the 3R expertise of the Tyrol region in Austria. The Cluster's aims are to develop alternative non-animal models (organoids, stem cells, 3D cultures) and replacement methods using state-of-the-art technologies such as High Content / High Throughput Screening, Single Cell Analysis, 3D Bioprinting and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). The Cluster will also inform young scientists by organising seminars, lectures and internships about alternative methods to animal experiments and possibilities for replacement or reduction.

Here is an overview of European 3R Centres.
