Description: | It is the goal of this training course to promote the use of alternatives in the field of veterinary bacterial vaccines. Possibilities to use and implement the 3Rs concept are shown using erysipelas and clostridial vaccines as examples. The development and validation of serological methods will be one of the main issues. Furthermore, we offer training on the bench for two ELISA techniques which fulfil the European Pharmacopoeia requirements for validated alternative potency tests. |
