Altay Human Miniature Torso Model is a twelve-part miniature torso with a removable head that opens to show internal structures, including detailed, removable half brain. Front portions of both lungs are removable, exposing pulmonary vasculature and respiratory airways (right lung) and general appearance of internal tissue (left lung). Other features include removable 2-part heart with valves and vascular connections, liver with gallbladder, and stomach. Intestinal assembly includes small and large intestines and pancreas. A small portion of the cecum and ileum can be removed to view the interior. Mounted on a durable polymer base.
