Many kittens are lost at whelping, because of blocked airways. The newborn animal may need assistance at this point. The mortality rate for these animals can be reduced by proper training. This kitten has working lungs for practising mouth-to-snout resuscitation, and has open airways through the snout for removing mucous. In addition, the kitten has an umbilical cord with simulated blood. Kit includes: Whelping Manikin; 2 hand towels; 4 umbilical cords (with simulated blood); 1 bulb syringe; Un-waxed dental floss; 1 syringe (pre-loaded with simulated mucous fluid). Includes warranty and serial number card.
