Teat – Cow

This two-layer cow teat simulator provides the opportunity to train the closure of various perforating or superficial teat injuries that are seen in cattle practice. It is soft and flexible, and mimics the properties of the skin on udders and teats. The Fürstenberg venous ring is incorporated in the foot of the teat base and allows students to practice using local anaesthesia or medication, as well as teat amputation, in an extremely lifelike setting. The teat simulator is also suitable for bandaging.

The pads are reusable, tear-resistant and retain their shape and texture after repeated use. The practical pad holder (S) can be used to mount suture pads in a vertical or a horizontal position, as required.

Pad holder and Instruments are not included but may be ordered separately.
