The course will familiarize students with different species as well as different cellular-, biochemical-, structural-, physiological-, behavioural- and ecological methods. Emphasis is put both on experimental studies in the laboratory, and on materials sampled from the field. Before the exam student reports should be approve. |

On completion of the course students should be able to demonstrate knowledge of methods used to evaluate effects of environmental pollutants in nature. Students should be familiar with cellular-, biochemical-, structural-, physiological-, behavioural- and ecological methods, and with experimental laboratory studies on materials sampled from the field. |
