This simulator features a large sacral Stage IV pressure ulcer (NPUAP 2007 Pressure Ulcer Staging Guidelines), with exposed bone of the coccyx, undermining, tunnelling, slough, eschar and a Stage III pressure ulcer on the right buttocks.
