ToxIndex is an AI-driven platform that integrates in silico, in vitro, and in vivo data into traceable, regulatory-ready risk assessments. It combines the world’s largest chemical safety knowledge graph, 600+ in silico models, and regulatory physicochemical and ADME data from REACH (EU) and EPA (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency).
It provides automated, auditable evaluations of chemicals in a matter of hours. Assessments are continuously updated.
ToxIndex was developed by Thomas Luechtefeld at Insilica Inc. and was validated with EU partners through the Horizon 2020 project ONTOX.
