A - Microinjection techniques into adherent cells:
Microinjection of marker dyes
Microinjection of GFP constructs
B - Theoretical and practical microscopy training
This part of the course will be supported by Carl Zeiss Microscopy
C - Analysis of the experiments using fluorescence microscopy techniques
By the end of the course, participants should be prepared to perform and analyze microinjection experiments into cultured cells using specific manipulators.
