Where a number of tests have been performed on an unidentified isolate, inputting the results of the tests will give the identity of the isolate or, if identification is not possible, the tests that would differentiate a number of possibles. It is also possible to compile your own test data, both to augment the supplied database and to make new databases for specialist research or teaching.
